This is a time-limited service that can be stand-alone therapy or in conjunction with ongoing work done with another provider. Generally, this service will be between 4 to 6 weeks. However, this can be different for each person and your concern. We will strategize together to make it work for you. EMDR is a best practice that helps integrate major or moderate trauma and can also help with the mindful integration of any experience or “mental” or “spiritual” block that needs clearing or caring attention in the individual psyche. Whether you need some extra support helping integrate trauma work, are needing a little “boost” to previous trauma work or find that you are feeling creatively or emotionally “stuck”, this service may be for you. This service is for people who desire support integrating experiences and insights from psychedelic journeys and experiences. I have experience and education in both heroic dose journeys and micro-dosing. I possess experience, research, and education in Jungian and Transpersonal Psychology. Also, as a Licensed Mental Counselor. I can help you determine if more formal mental health support is needed or desired and set you on the right path. 

I generally offer this in 1-3 sessions of integration as needed, but we can determine need and length of time together. Sessions are a regular 50–60-minute session. These sessions can also be augmented by Natal Chart Astrology, Astrological Transits (current and at time of Journey), and other Active Imagination and mindfulness techniques upon request (EMDR also offered if desired and appropriate).

I am an OBLCT board approved supervisor and offer individual and group clinical supervision for LPC associates in Oregon and Michigan. I believe that early professionals deserve competent and engaged support to develop their skills and approach. Through a humanistic, relational, systemic, and trauma-informed lens, I strive to provide the new or seasoned professional a means to learn the craft of superior psychotherapy and develop a firm yet flexible foundation for their own career. This unique offer is for those who like to travel off the beaten path and explore “other ways of knowing.” I have over 30 years of experience in the practice and study of Astrology. This practice can offer the spiritually minded analysand information beyond the normal pale of mental health. This consultation can serve as an introduction to transpersonal, mythological, and archetypal foundations of the psyche. For seasoned followers of Astrology, we can review natal and current transits that offer insights and archetypal keys into major life transitions or difficulties. This modality can be used in conjunction with both brief EMDR and psychedelic integration services for a deeper, more personal perspective of any aspect, life occurrence, or transformational experience.

$175 per 60 minute session ($150 sliding scale available)
